Synthetic Psychotherapy
Synthetic Psychotherapy is an approach based on the combination of multiple therapeutic approaches. It suggests, depending on the context, patient's difficulties, and requests, choosing multiple therapeutic techniques, incorporating various therapeutic approaches. The patient no longer adapts to a single therapy chosen by the psychologist, but the psychologist adjusts therapies using various tools to meet the patient's demands.
